On Thursday, July 6th at 7 PM, The ACC Planning Commission will finally vote on the proposed rezone of the Old Church from Single Family to Commercial Neighborhood(Planned Development). The revised Report, which contains the proposed use restrictions, and the amended Site Plan can be viewed by clicking on the links below.

At the June 1st planning commission meeting, the application to rezone the old church at Chase and Boulevard to Commercial Neighborhood Planned Development will be voted on by the ACC planning commission. The vote will follow an opportunity for public input. The meeting starts at 7 pm at the Planning Department, please attend and participate in the process.
March 22, 2006
At the April 6th planning commission meeting, the preliminary application to rezone the old church at Chase and Boulevard to Commercial Neighborhood Planned Development will receive comments from planning staff and feedback from the planning commission. No vote will be taken at this meeting but there will be opportunity for public input. The meeting starts at 7 pm , please attend and participate in the process.
February 20, 2006
On Wednesday, Feb 22 at 6:30 PM there will be a neighborhood input session for the proposed rezoning of the renovated church located at Boulevard and Chase. The meeting will be held on site. Presently the building is not heated or plumbed so plan accordingly. Chairs will be provided. Our architects, a minute taker, and a representative from the planning department will be present.
